Please ensure you are available for your scheduled course. 72-business hour advanced notification is required if you cannot attend. This allows time for another student to sign up for your slot and still have time to complete the required eCourse for that class. If you cancel / reschedule inside the 72 Business Hour window, but before the morning of your class you are subject to a full reschedule fee. If you cancel the morning of the class, arrive without the completer eCourse certificate, or arrive after the class has stared, it will be classified as a "No Show" and subject to a full cost reschedule.
You must call to reschedule during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday - 8am - 5pm. No refunds are issued.
If you attend the course, but are unsuccessful at passing, or are counseled out for your safety, you can retake the course for $150.00.
You are subject to a full cost reschedule if you do not show up for class, if you arrive after class has started and legal paperwork has been collected, if you have not completed your eCourse prior to class, if you arrive on time but do not have proper attire for the course, (sturdy pants without holes or tears, long sleeve shirt or jacket, full finger gloves, sturdy boots over the ankle, and eye protection which can be prescription or sunglasses).
No refunds are issued. This is because when you sign up, you have already accepted the eCourse and the RiderCoach has been selected and paid for your class.
All classes start at 8am sharp. Due to traffic and the size of our metro area, we highly encourage our students to plan on arriving 15 - 20 minutes ahead of class. This allows for the possibility of traffic related issues and time to reroute to our location.
Update to our policy January 1, 2022:
As the result of COVID-19 and the ongoing subsequent variations that continue to plague our country, we will reschedule you at no cost for illness. Please try to give us a 24-hour notice so we can let the RiderCoach know of your absence. We ask that you give us notice, and you can leave a voicemail if you call after hours so we will have a time stamp of your illness notification. No show due to illness (without calling ahead) will be treated as a No Show and you must pay for a class again.
Calling in sick after 7am on the first day of your class is considered the same as a No Show.
