Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please ensure you are available for your scheduled course. 72-business hour advanced notification is required if you cannot attend. This allows time for another student to sign up for your slot and still have time to complete the required eCourse for that class. If you cancel / reschedule inside the 72 Business Hour window, but before the morning of your class you are subject to $150.00 reschedule fee. If you cancel the morning of the class, arrive after the class has stared, or arrive without the required proper clothing as described for the class, it will be classified as a "No Show" and subject to a full cost reschedule. State law prohibits us from allowing a late student to join a class, once the legal signed documents have been collected.

You must call to reschedule during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday - 8am - 5pm. No refunds are issued.

If you arrive for a two-day class and have not completed the required eCourse for your class, you may attend the class. But, you must bring in the completed certificate from the eCourse the morning of day two. If you do not bring in the completion certificate you will be sent home and will have to pay full price to schedule for a new date.

If you attend the course, but are unsuccessful at passing, or are counseled out for your safety, you can retake the course for $150.00.

No refunds are issued. This is because when you sign up, you have already accepted the eCourse at our cost and the RiderCoach has been selected and paid for your class per student.

Summer classes, April through end of September start at 7:30 am during the Summer Months. And at 8 am sharp October through March. Due to traffic and the size of our metro area, we highly encourage our students to plan on arriving 15 - 20 minutes ahead of class. This allows for the possibility of traffic related issues and time to reroute to our location.

Update to our policy January 1, 2022:

As the result of COVID-19 and the ongoing subsequent variations that continue to plague our country, we will reschedule you at no cost for illness. We require a note with date and time from a doctor or Emergency Clinic identifying the illness to justify the reschedule without having to charge you a retake fee. Please try to give us a 24-hour notice so we can let the RiderCoach know of your absence. If you become ill after business hours, you must call our office to inform us of your illness so we will have a time stamp of your illness notification. No show due to illness (without calling ahead) will be treated as a No Show and you must pay for a class again.

Calling in sick after 7am on the first day of your class is considered the same as a No Show.
